The infinity pool on level 25 had amazing views and it was open from 6:00 to 22:00. Breakfast was varied and very tasty I found. The service was excellent at the reception the hotel entrance the dining room and the pool. The housekeeping staff kept everything clean and well-kept.
The bed frame seemed old there was visible wear and tear. The bed felt sagging and it resulted in a back ache.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and high-quality ingredients. I enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room. Every staff member, from reception to check-in, was friendly and always smiling. I found it easy to reach the hotel directly from the BTS station via the sky bridge.
I noticed the gym equipment could benefit from an update. Replacing some of the older machines would definitely enhance the workout experience.
